INDIANAPOLIS, IN (Pittsburgh Racing Now) – Chip Ganassi Racing’s No. 10 Honda will have a different look at this weekend’s Bommartio Automotive Group 500 IndyCar Series race at World Wide Technology Raceway At Gateway As Monster Energy jumps aboard the car driven by Felix Rosenqvist.
The Ganassi team made the announcement on social media in typical Monster Energy style.

Monster Energy is no stranger to the Ganassi team, motorsports, action sports, music or gaming. Monster sponsor’s driver Kurt Busch and the team’s No. 1 Monster Energy Chevrolet Camaro, which races on the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series, but this is believed to be the brand’s first foray into the NTT IndyCar Series.
The company eschews traditional advertising and, according to their website, chooses “instead, we support the scene, our bands, our athletes and our fans. We back athletes so they can make a career out of their passion.”
Rosenqvist, who was cleared to drive this weekend after getting collected in an accident this past weekend at Pocono, took to social media to ask open wheel racing fans what they thought of the Matte Black and Neon Green Monster Energy Machine.

Practice for the Bommarito Automotive Group 500 gets underway Friday at 2:00 P.M. ET with Qualifying Friday night at 6:00 P.M. ET. The Race is Saturday night under the lights at 8:00 P.M. The race will be televised on the NBC Sports Network (NBCSN) and can be heard on the Advance Auto Parts IndyCar Radio Network.
