Modified Mania Tonight At Lernerville Speedway

SARVER, PA (Pittsburgh Racing Now) – It’s “Modified Mania” Friday night at Lernerville Speedway.

The BRP Modified Tour will make their only Lernerville appearance this year and will be joined by the UMP E-Modifieds, the RUSH Sportsman Modifieds and the Elite Modified Series.

The BRP Modified standings find three drivers familiar to Lernerville fans atop the points standings.  Rex King Jr leads Rex King Sr with Dave Murdick sitting in third place.

Brian Swartzlander sits atop the Diehl Automotive DIRTcar Big Block Modifieds standings at Lernerville this season with King Jr. in second and King Sr in third.  Murdick moved into fifth place last week, two points ahead of Jeremiah Shingledecker, who will be one to watch as well.  Shingledecker (pictured above) has three wins at The Action Track this season.

Coleman Evans sits atop the UMP Modified East Region points standings with Kyle Bond in second place and Robert Garnes in third.  Evans has been dominant this year with 11-wins and 3-second place finishes in 19-events.

In the RUSH Sportsman Modifieds Chas Wolbert sits atop the weekly points standings with Kole Holden in second place and Chelsie Kriegisch in third place.

In the Elite Modified Series standings Dustin Demattia is in first place with Ty Rhoades 4-points behind in second place 6-points out of the lead.

Pits open at 4 P.M. with grandstands opening at 5 P.M. with racing starting at 7:30 P.M.

Adult general admission is $15, $12 for Seniors, $10 for students ages 11-17 and children and under are admitted free.
